Yum???
What could be more appetizing than a baggy full of goo fermenting on my counter top? Rick's mom gave us some starter for Amish cinnamon bread. I've tasted the finished product and it's really good, but the process is a gross. In another day I have to add a cup each of milk, flour, and sugar. Then on March 1st I will separate it into 4 new starters and batter for 2 loaves. Now I just need to find 4 people who want starter. Any takers?
