Cause and Effect

Lately Teddy's favorite bath time activity is to stick is face in the water. I'm not sure what he's trying to do (blow bubbles? take a drink? breathe water?). I try my best to distract him with his collection of bath toys, but they're just not as fun as simulated drowning. This is what invariably happens after he gets a lungful of water.
